Damien Arboit
Damien is Director and Senior Financial Adviser of Progressive Wealth Solutions.
Damien established Progressive Wealth Solutions in 2007 following 10 years of working as an adviser predominantly within medium sized accountancy practices. He graduated from James Cook University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and commenced employment as a Graduate Accountant and completed his Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) education with CPA Australia in 1998.
Searching for a more relationship based role, a move into the Financial Planning profession in 1998 was a logical professional choice. Building on his knowledge base, he was awarded the CFP designation by the Financial Planning Association of Australia in 2001. Damien continues to comply with an ongoing Professional Development Program so you can be confident that his advice is based on up-to-date knowledge and strategies, matched with appropriate ongoing training and education.
Damien takes pride in his relationships with clients, with a number of relationships dating back to his initial employment in 1996. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with family.
Connie Bonanno
Connie is the Associate Financial Adviser at Progressive Wealth Solutions.
Connie joined the team in 2012 as an administration officer. Over time, Connie has worked her way up through the roles of Para Planner to her current position of Associate Financial Adviser.
Connie has completed a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and has recently completed a Master of Financial Planning with Griffith University in March 2021.
In her time off, Connie is out spear fishing or spending time with her husband and dogs.
Renee Cordingley
Renee joined our team in 2020 following a career in Property Management. Renee has a friendly nature and prides herself on developing strong, long lasting client relationships and performs a key support role within the team.
Renee is a mother to two young children and spends her spare time sailing with her family on their yacht and competing in sailing regattas.
